Lovely clean and very warm showers, friendly welcome on arrival, plenty of recycling bins etc, close access and accessibility to Berryhead and Brixham itself, approx 15min stroll, pitch size adequate if have no awning, otherwise u will be very close to next pitch, great that we were allowed to leave motorhome in car park and walk to Berryhead Hotel for great sunday lunch, snack wagon very handy

WIFI hotspot not great, couldn’t get in van but not a dealbreaker, pitches whilst adequate out of season I imagine in high season the close proximity to neighbouring pitch would def be an issue, a hedge between pitches would be ideal, no sinks in shower area to do teeth etc so had to do in toilets, unless I missed them!

A bit disappointed with the bare patch of soil, as you got out of the motorhome ,but the weather was great so not really a problem ,but would have been if raining .

Clean and friendly site. Well located and plenty of space.

Stayed for 6nights beginning October 23. so was out of main season.
Open shower / toilet block clean and well lit, showers nice & warm, spacious.
2nd block with washing up sinks, fridge /freezer washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bus stop was at end of road outside site. Well kept site, nicely laid out. The levels vary slightly over the site so depending on the pitch you get wheel ramps may be needed. Water taps in various places, tap just past reception has hose length attached.
It is only a 10 min walk down the hill to outer harbour end then 5-10mins into main shop area, as you are on top of hill. Bus to Paignton, Newton Abbot, Torquay runs every 10 mins from main stop in town. Lovely coastal walks around Berry Head and further afield depending on how far you want to go, again access path a couple of mins from site.
Small playground on site for children. Owners run a small bar opening times vary on weather/ site occupancy. A small snack shack is also open again varying times depending on season/ occupancy. Seemed to do a steady trade at Breakfast. Had bacon&sausage roll the morning before we left 👍

The stone hard standing bases all seemed to be occupied by seasonal / long term occupiers. The site would benefit from additional hardcore bases.

We super love it and will soon book again. Staffs are very kind and friendly. The facilities are clean and Location is perfect as it is near berry head.

The camping site nice and quite very clean. This is our first time stayed at camping pod, the pod nice and clean got all we needed , shared toilet very clean ,the recepetion lady is very nice showing us around, easy10minuted walk to Brixham,hightly recommeded to anyone:>

Most pitches were a mud bath not their fault with the weather

Lack of hard standing pitches for tourers.
