Wifi is not so great currently but the reason is we have now been waiting for BT to sort for a few weeks after many logged calls, as they have identified a fault. I am sorry but if and when you come again this should've been addressed.
Regarding the shop although the Co-op is 10 minutes walk away, our next project is a shop in the reception area. We have opened the Snack Shack this season and other very expensive works that guests wouldn't see like our sewerage pumps. So more to come!

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to see you have given an overall 1/10 and that you didn't enjoy your Brixham stay with us as a location with surrounding areas. We have had rave reviews for the same period of time from couples/families so I can only assume it was not your kind of place.
I can only apologise for how you felt about the facilities, as a fully booked site for when you came the cleaners worked relentlessly. We do have 7 x ladies toilets and they are situated either side of reception. 4 x one side, 3 x the other. We shut one side for thorough cleaning and after that the other sides facilities, I feel you may have come to use them as this was happening. The cleaners do have to wait until all guests are out of the showers/sink areas to do their job.
