Cleanliness and facilities at site, staff really helpful, food great, kids loved the pool

Loved all of it, the showers and toilets were lovely and clean, pitches very well maintained, was so lovely to find a campsite that not only had swimming pool but one we didn't have to worry about booking times ect, staff were lovely and welcoming Stuart who showed us where our pitch made sure we were all good to go before he went off. As a young family with children we highly recommend this site.

Can't think of anything we didn't like about it to be honest, apart from if you want WiFi you can only have it in the bar area but it was free so can't complain about that. 😀

The camp site is beautiful. The pitches are a good size, the grass is beautifully kept, the tent pegs were nice and easy to put in (no big rocky bits in the ground). The shower block was immaculate, each room has its own toilet, sink, and shower. The block was beautifully heated, which meant we could use the shower any time, there is also a disabled shower with baby change facilities which was very handy camping with a two year old. The clubhouse/bar/restaurant on site was a winner, beautiful food, lovely service, reasonable prices. There is also a Spar shop just a short drive down the road for any forgotten essentials. The location is great, it's only a short drive to Folly Farm. The owners work incredibly hard, and are so lovely! We would definitely recommend staying here. The phone signal on the pitch was hit and miss, but we didn't mind this - they also have free WiFi in the clubhouse which is really good (should you need it!).

A Nice quite family friendly site, the staff were great especially Taryn and Stuart who was very helpful . My dislikes are mentioned, we did enjoy our stay but would of enjoyed more if it was as advertised like...

Advertise as Heated pool but was freezing needs a cover. Kids came straight out.

Most Arcades machines were faulty

The site is lovely, well kept, clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Hot showers and a lovely bar to enjoy a drink in the evenings.

The whole site is amazing, the staff are fantastic. Bar/restaurant are fab and the food is lovely. The amenities are kept lovely and clean. Definitely go again. We stayed in our motorhome

We missed a day due to a battery issue on our Campervan but when we arrived on the second day, we were met with a warm welcome and the offer to stay for additional night to cover our missed night, should we wish. All the staff we came across were very well natured and accommodating. Lovely location with nice clean facilities and we will certainly look at returning in the not too distant future. Food in the on-site was lovely with added bonus of Guinness now on tap. If you're on the look out for some where nice with lovely staff, Trefach is the place for you.

Great caravan site. Big field for children to play. Nice park for them and games room. Good club house with reasonable priced food and drinks. Good toilet block which was very clean.Staff very helpful and friendly. Very rural and quiet location with lovely views!shop nearby.Will defo be going back.

Location, park layout, cleanliness, staff were fantastic and so friendly. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it.

Our only issue was that there was no phone signal (cant be helped) but the wifi was only available at the clubhouse area.

Very friendly staff, especially the wardens running the park. Lovely food served in the restaurant. The toilet block in the touring field were very clean. Overall a clean and well maintained park.
