Being only 20 minutes from St ives made it even better, with the option of hopping on a cheap park and ride coastal train (with stunning views) via a nearby station.
The owners of the site are lovely and very friendly, there are clean, well maintained toilets/showers/washing facilities.
Our pitch had electricity to hook up to our tent which is a life saver when you have children!
The pitch sizes were very generous, we fit a large 5 person tent with room for our car next to it and still had some space spare!
On site there’s a lovely little food trailer that serves hot drinks, breakfasts etc.
It’s dog friendly too! Which is great, just make sure to check what beaches have dog bans during peak hours when it’s holiday season, we found some beautiful beaches only 2 miles away that let dogs on after 6pm, which was great as we got to watch the sunset with the family and dog.
We will definitely be retuning, for what you get, the price were very good.
Overall, we were very happy with our choice of campsite.
