The owners were so lovely! Very helpful and gave us a little tour. The animals are beautiful and clearly very well taken care of! Such a beautiful place with a lovely vibe and such amazing scenery!

The lodge was absolutely stunning. Dave the host was very nice and welcoming. Toilets were very clean all the time. We really enjoyed the animals, especially the kittens 😍 We really liked everything and definitely we will be back.

It’s not a dislike but the information about bringing your own logs would be useful.

The animals. The owner. Sarah was very nice and informative when showing us around.

The room was above a barn. very smelly and lots of flies in the room. The heater didn’t heat the room as the heat just passed through the gaps. We stayed in the reindeer loft. Maybe add curtains to the windows as people could see into your room.

The location was good for visiting the Fleet Air Arm museum.
The owners were very friendly.
The reindeer were good to see and there were lots of other animals.
Kids thought it was magical.
Facilities were clean.

It could do with more bathrooms.
I didn’t read the small print properly and had not got camping mattresses or mats, so the wooden benches were very uncomfortable and kids kept rolling off in the night.
I am allergic to cats and the cats kept wanting to come in too, which was irritating. The kids adored the cats though.
The place could do with more maintenance - swing wasn’t in good shape, mermaid feature not working.

The peacefulness, the reindeer of course and the cats! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Truly a unique experience sleep above reindeer.

Not a dislike as such, but whilst I appreciate it’s glamping, access to a communal fridge would be so helpful.

My partner, myself and our two boys aged 6 and 8 had the most wonderful stay ever! The accommodation was perfect, more magical and special than we had hoped. The animals are incredible especially the reindeer who we got to mingle with and feed. Sarah and Dave are the perfect hosts and went out of their way to make our visit truly wonderful. Cannot fault the place! We are going back in December and no doubt many more times.

Welcoming hosts, had a whole farm tour which was wonderful. Obviously farming is a passion of Sarah’s. Beautifully lit fairy lights and some gorgeous animals who are clearly loved in such a rural location. Happy to help and suggest places nearby to visit. Secure site.

Spider nest within the artificial flowers of the dome insides. No pegs to hang towels up in bathroom (would be really helpful please!). Slippery wooden outer circle where BBQ area is where wood has rotted but nothing a bit of TLC can’t fix.

Loved all of it the hosts were lovely and so friendly it was very safe for the children. It was quiet and easy to find. Would definitely stay there again!
