Pitch was alright.Close to Lands end.

Appearance of site ie derelict parts were appalling, showers and toilets were disgusting and dirty, the new bar closed at 15:00. The whole site could do with a major overhaul.

Myself and 2 friends stayed in a 4 person pod. The pod was great, facilities on site were clean and the staff at the site were very helpful and welcoming. Would stay again.

The camp and its staff is very good enjoyed our peaceful stay and will come again next year.

How far the nearest water point was only draw back for me

Check in was quick and really easy, the staff were very friendly. Great grass pitches with plenty of place to park next to the tent. It was a nice and quiet campsite, well kept and clean. Toilet and shower facilities are clean and I had no problem with running hot water in the showers and loo roles were stocked at all times. The campsite is a short walk from the see shore and hiking trails. I've seen rabbits hopping around in the early hours of most mornings. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely camp here again. 100% recommended.

This Sea View Holiday Park has a lot to offer in terms of location and setting. At some point in the past quite a lot of money and effort was clearly invested in landscaping and the site infrastructure, but all of the facilities used by tourers have clearly been neglected over a period of years. The grounds were unkempt, with long grass on overgrown shrubbery. The sad looking dinosaur in the crazy golf course looks down on a sad and uninviting set of holes being gradually swallowed by undergrowth.

Lots of the static caravan pads were vacant and one of the site toilet and shower blocks appeared semi-derelict. This particular building appears to be a legacy from the sites past role as a military camp.

As a result the other more modern shower and toilet block on site was far too busy to cope with the large number of people on site during our stay.

These circumstances suggested that the site owners have ceased caring much about tourers and are focused on pivoting to the sale of static caravans and plots, like so many other holiday parks along this coast. This probably explains why the pool, reception and cafe seem in much better shape than the rest of of the site.

Our pitch was nice enough, but the site has little else to recommend it. All in all, a sad experience. We were glad to move on.

A great little spot perfect for what we needed on our South Coast Cornwall trip. Within walking distance to the famous Lands End.

On arrival, staff were friendly and informative. The site isn't huge so is easy to navigate and the pitches are decent sizes. It is set in a great location with Lands End and Sennen within walking distance. Really quite and peaceful area to.

The only negatives I had were with the cleanliness. Most mornings I found there to be no paper in some of the loos, the shower rooms were a little dirty and in need of updating with the flooring bubbling up in some. There was rubbish in parts that I noticed there for the entirety of my stay (3 nights) so not sure how much maintenance gets done.

Tjs located on the front of reception, great atmosphere lovely food and friendly service.

The rest of the site, toilets and showers all need updating swimming pool was closed due to problems the grounds need bushes cutting back and grass needs cutting. Washing up station at unisex toilets was always dirty.

I felt the toilet block was a little tired and there was no hand soap.
