Our pitch was a grass pitch which was fine but really difficult to level up the motorhome because it was that uneven. 2 different shower blocks, 1 is ok the other really isn’t!

We booked a full week at Seaview Holiday Park in our camper van, which we arranged 6 months ago and had been so excited to finally go. As seasoned campers, we were really looking forward to our stay — especially since the park was advertised with great features like mini golf, a children's play area, and a swimming pool. The location looked promising online.
However, we were deeply disappointed on arrival.

The site is scruffy and extremely dated. My children were excited to try out the play park, but came back upset, saying the equipment was broken. I went to check it out myself and was shocked — it was dirty, poorly maintained, and a lot of the equipment was unsafe or unusable. We hoped the pool would be better, but it looked dirty too, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it.
Our pitch was also a let-down. It was so uneven that we couldn’t level the van properly, even using chocks — which was frustrating, as the landscaping around that pitch was actually quite pleasant.
The toilets were in a terrible state — very dirty and unhygienic. When I took my children to them, two men walked out covered in blood. I have no idea what had happened, but it was extremely unsettling. On top of that, there were several aggressive dogs on site, and we didn’t feel safe.
That night, there was shouting and screaming across the site. Someone was yelling obscenities well into the night, which really upset our children. It didn’t feel like a safe environment for a family.
We made the decision to leave the next morning, having only stayed one night out of our week-long booking. I contacted the park to request a refund, and they told me they’d be back in touch — but it’s now been over two weeks, and I’ve heard nothing despite following up.
Sadly, I can’t recommend Seaview Holiday Park. We had high hopes, but the experience left us very disappointed, uncomfortable

Leaving to explore the area and leaving at end of stay

Toilets and showers looked and smelt like they need to be condemned. No toilet paper for 2 days. Wifi doesn't work past reception. Kids constantly kicking balls at my van and screaming... there should be no football allowed near the pitches. The park area run down. Stayed at cleaner festivals! Don't come here, poorly managed.

We absolutely loved our stay in the pink pod. It had everything we needed and it was very clean on arrival. We loved the outdoor swimming pool and spent a lot of time there, it was great to spend the day by the pool and it was clean and well kept. It was great having our own WiFi in the pod too!
The staff were all really friendly and we especially enjoyed TJ's it served amazing food and it was a lovely spot to spend an evening. The owner was so friendly and welcoming always asking greeting us with a smile and asking us about our day.
Other reviews mention the lack of toilet roll and hand towels in the toilet blocks, however I spoke to reception about this during my stay, and they said they are looking at ways to prevent people emptying the supply as soon as the cleaners restock. We actually saw someone leave the toilet block with atleast 3 rolls stuffed in their pockets at one point! So it is the guests taking them and not the fact they aren't being replenished throughout the day.
Overall, a great week away by the sea at a lovely site.

This is more constructive and did not affect my stay at all.

The showers and toilet blocks could have more attention thrown at them, kept running out of toilet roll.

I think the indoor play area and pool could be kept open longer, families are out most of the day so when they come back in past 5 the kids can’t do anything.

None the less, none of this would stop me from returning
