Toilets and Showers: Our housekeeping team is on-site from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, during which time the toilets and showers are cleaned two to three times daily. Due to the high number of guests, particularly in the evenings and overnight, maintaining the same level of cleanliness outside these hours can be challenging. However, we strive to keep the facilities in the best condition possible.
Electric Pitches and Freezing Facilities: We have 20 electric pitches and 8 non-electric pitches on-site. If you had come to reception, we would have been more than happy to assist in finding an electric pitch for your tent. While we do not have a dedicated facility for freezing ice blocks, we do have a freezer for ice cream, and I’m happy to store ice blocks when space allows.
Playpark and Crazy Golf: I understand your concerns regarding the playpark and crazy golf. The playpark is scheduled for a complete rebuild this winter, so future guests will have an improved experience. Regarding the crazy golf, one of the dinosaur's tails is broken, but this does not affect the overall playability of the course.
Indoor Games Area: Our indoor games area, including the pool ,soft play, table football and board games is open until 5:30 PM daily. We understand the desire for extended hours and will consider this feedback as we look into ways to improve guest satisfaction.
