Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. On site bar and great take away food.
Walks for dogs were good but maybe could help with some signposts on the route. Clean and tidy site and the outside huts on the premium pitches are great for sitting outside. Although on very busy road not much noise from the road could be heard.

Shower toilet combination. Showers busy meant no toilets available. Yes there are two blocks but at the time we went the place was very busy and it was a problem. An additional toilet block only would be a great addition?
Little close to others behind with see through panel fence separating you from each other.
I would visit again maybe less busy time but friends said they would not.

Loved the lay out of the pitches and how much space you get with each one. The picnic table under cover was great! Staff were friendly, especially at Ben's Bar. A lovely quiet area. We had warm weather which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Feathers Pub is also lovely, and just a short walk down the road. Be careful when crossing the main road just outside the site as it can be extremely fast!

Wasn't too keen on the bathroom blocks, I think they would benefit from leaving the doors open when not in use as the heat from showers and smell of toilets when you go in is not pleasant, but they are a great facility and much nicer as private bathrooms than shower/toilet blocks.
I love dogs and the fact people can take them on holiday with them, but when we was enjoying a drink or two at Ben's Bar, there were so many dogs inside to navigate around.

Good size level pitch with picnic bench. Fully serviced pitches are the best!

Friendly, helpful staff. Ease of check in. Level pitch. Clean facilities. Water and electricity points close to pitch. Norfolk Nibbles burgers were delicious!
Location perfect for what we wanted to do. Our children enjoyed the play area.

SO much bird poo! Will remember to ask for "not under trees" next time.
3 mornings out of our week stay, there was no hot water for a shower but it was a pretty full site so would recommend getting up early for a shower during summer hols.

Great little campsite with nice clean facilities. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the bar is a great addition.

Easy check in.
I liked having individual bathrooms rather than separate showers and toilets. They were very clean and well maintained. Lovely facilities, nice bar, park and little shop.
All staff were very friendly.
Welcome pack was very good, including qr codes to download walks in the area which were very detailed.

Food on site was excellent and great prices. Toilet blocks were modern and super clean. Staff were all helpful especially Richard who helped us get our van off the tow bar as it got stuck.

Can’t actually think of anything!

Tent pitches so close together. Tent behind us was only 6 foot away. When booking in they tell you to pitch tent to left and park car to right which we all did and still this close. Nothing dividing you either. Went for shower one morning at 8.30 and no hot water and nobody around to speak to about it as they don’t arrive until 9. No bins except sanitary bins in bathrooms so rubbish on floors. Electricity kept cutting out. Bar only open until 8.30!

Very disappointing.

The site was maintained well, the staff were helpful and polite.
Cleanliness was a high priority in the toilets which were a good size and plenty of them.
Good park for the kids.
Security was good and felt safe.
The food and bar on site was fantastic!

The bar area is nice and inviting with lovely decor. The pot washing area is good and there is a laundry room with an iron and board which is great. I like the fact you’re allowed to BBQ and bricks are provided to raise your BBQ off the floor. It’s a good location right near Sandringham which is stunning. The toilets/showers are individually enclosed rather than in a big open block which i definitely prefer! The option for a late check in up to 9pm is great also! I like the fact a bench is provided next to the pitch as many sites don’t offer this. The children’s play park is nice quality also and well used.

For me the pitches felt quite close together and not very spacious so I don’t feel I had as much privacy as I have felt on other sites. The grass by the pitches was yellow and sad looking and could do with some TLC. I think if the grass was well maintained and green it would have given a nicer feel to the site. It felt very gravel heavy. I loved that we had a a bench provided but the bench had been positioned right under a tree so we didn’t feel we could really use it as the birds kept dropping presents in our direction and the table was covered. I think it needed placing in a different position to avoid this.
The site is right next to a main road so you can hear the traffic although it wasn’t loud enough to keep me awake but it is noticeable when you’re relaxing in the evening.
