This is sent to you with your arrival information to gain access to the site and has all the locations of water points etc on it ,as well as this we also have a large one in our carpark at the entrance to the site. I am really surprised that our office was closed when it should have been open as even if staff are out on site then we highlight this in the shop window as well as there is a 24/7 number to make contact. Our staff have a wealth of knowledge of where is best to eat and drink in the area and we have an abundance of pubs and cafes within a 15 min walk of the site along with West Bridgford just a little bit further with a host of pubs, restaurants and fine bakeries etc Thankyou for your review and we will look into all points raised.
