Site was clean and the staff were friendly.
Easy walk of the activities at the water sports centre

Lovely park, we were lucky enough to be right near the park too, decent little shop. The toilets were nice and clean.

We stayed on a bank holiday weekend and the site was active, really nice atmosphere, but not too loud. Nice spaces.

The staff were really helpful as we stayed with friends and young children, whose pitch was originally a long way from ours. As no one had booked near us, they allowed them to move to next to us.

The country park was a 2 minute drive away, you can obviously walk also. The activities there are mainly for 8+, but my 5 year old was able to do sky tykes, and the land rovers.

You were in range to order a variety of foods on just eat, or just easily drive off and fetch it.

We are relatively new campers but the pitches were level to what we have experienced.

Would definitely stay again.

Great campsite to stay on , lots of green playing areas for the children to play all sorts of games on . Site so close to Nottingham wears there’s plenty to do and see . Kids did some great activities across the road at Watersports centre, activities were good value. .

Pot washing facilities bit on the small side for a big campsite.

Loved the new toilet and shower block nice and clean pitches were set out better than the last time we stayed there

Need more pressure on the showers when more than one person is in the showers

First time at this site. We couldn't believe how big the area was, it was great having a good sized area to pitch. We had a large area in front of us to play ball games. There was plenty of showers and toilets.

Each shower could do with a bench and a mop and bucket.

Location near the water sports centre.

Dirty toilets/showers and washing up areas. Lack of hand soap and toilet paper.
No one on site policing for antisocial behaviour. Lots of people turning up on friends pitches. The pitch next to us had 3 tents so 2 couples(tents) extra so this meant we were not 6 meters apart and they were on our pitch. There car was blocking ours in. They had 15+ people over on Saturday night (from the camp site down the road) very loud left lots of rubbish and litter (alcohol) laying around so we had to move it so our kids didn't go near it in the morning. The family we were with had to leave at 1am with two children as one man was weeing and being sick next to there tent, on his phone shouting and banging in to there tent with his light on shining in there tent! We ask him to leave/move but he was very aggressive and the children we all upset and crying so they had to leave and come back mid day next day. Genuinely the site had lots of rubbish laying around it was a busy site and windy but it was so disappointing.

There was loads to do for the kids which was great. Facilities clean and looked after. Enjoyed our time there.
