Pitch size and site...flat pitches and easy access to facilities. Plenty of showers with hot water. Nice playground and open spaces for children to play.

Convenient for water activities, 5-10 minutes walk over the road.
Nice park for kids to play.
Small shop with essentials on site.
Sleeping pod was warm & cosy.
Gravel roads well laid & lights around site towards toilet, showers etc.
Nice size site, not too big or small.
Plenty of space for campers & also for kids to play safely.
Campers friendly - no disturbances or nuisance neighbours.

Toilets were gross, no toilet roll every night & morning.
They were very smelly & not clean.
Showers again were poor, 8 seconds of water, 3 seconds of cold, then hot & then off.
Again they were unclean, hair & grass in the plug hole & dirty with a shower curtain falling off.
Shame as this really let the site down.
They need to be upgraded & cleaned at least twice a day & restocked with toilet roll.
Struggled remembering codes for men’s toilets, women’s toilets, showers, and barrier.

Close to the park. Close to the activities. Lovely lady on the reception in the shop, very kind, friendly and informative. Clean pitches. Good location. Quiet time at night. Toilets/showers clean.

Phone prior to arrival to ask a question, their line was breaking up, asked if there was any other number so we could ask a question, the lady just said no, the lady was not helpful. Met the same lady on the reception when we arrived, too busy on the computer to look up and serve us even though we were right in front of her for about 30 seconds, she was very in-interested and appeared fed up, luckily we were served by the nice lady beside her behind the wall!

Facilities at campsite were good. Shop could do with a better selection of food.

Catering facilities at WSC itself were very limited and very over priced!

Good space and pitch size. Better facilities in Rafters since I last came. Easy check in service.

The facilities were very dirt and not cleaned properly. There was always toilet roll missing too. They needed to be replenished more often on a busy bank holiday weekend.

very well kept site with easy access to Holme Pierpont water sports. this being a short walk across the road. Toilet and shower block not the bets i have seen however very well kept and nice and clean with no fowl smells coming from it. We stayed close the play park on site on an electric pitch. Staff very friendly with in reception.

We had a great time. I know this is not the campsite and more so the lack of respect from other guests. The amount of electric scooters and electric motor bikes was crazy and these would weave between pitches and ripped our electric cable out. the wardens didn't do anything to support. My only recommendation back to the site would be for more washing up stations for dishes. over all good stay and i would return.

We loved the site, its convenient location, the peace and tranquility and facilities.

Having to pack up to come home!

The walk to the park is only short and a lot to do there in the day and open until.8.30 so can go on a late play.

The park on site is not really suitable to younger children however the short walk across the road to the other park makes up for this.

Toilets could have been cleaner however it is down to the people using them as well and miss treated them.
