Spacious site. Nice gravel/concrete pitches. Grass well cut.

Although quite a small site, the one toilet in each of the male and female sections of the shower block makes it frustrating when in use by someone else. There is another single toilet at the far end of the site but sort of out the way a bit. Shower block is modern but needs maintenance. One shower door broken and the other shower drain blocked and slow draining. Both showers awkward as nowhere to put soap etc. except the floor outside the cubicle.

Brilliant secluded site, set in an apple orchard.

Massive pitches with clean showers and toilets.

Local pub within walking distance which serves fantastic food.

Very generously planned site with pitches well spaced out with good concrete hard standing pitches mixed with grass. Fruit trees divide each pitch and each pitch has picnic benches.
Owners are very friendly and helpful which is always a big plus.
Good location for visiting Stratford (3.5 miles) especially if you have bikes. There is a local pub and a village shop in the village and a pretty big farm shop next door (albeit a touch expensive).
The limited amenities (x1 men’s, x1 women’s and one unisex toilet) could be limiting if the site is full but we had no issues. They are well looked after and clean with plenty of hot water, with hand soap, paper towels and washing up liquid provided (little things but always a nice touch).

If you’re sensitive to road noise the proximity of A46 could annoy some but a couple of ear plugs and I had no trouble sleeping.

Great location, well equipped site and good facilities. Another enjoyable visit and looking forward to our next visit. Debs and Mark are brilliant hosts.

The location of the site was perfect! We only had an overnight stay but the communication prior to our stay was exemplary. Everything we needed to know to make our stay happen without a hitch! The facilities were very clean and easy to access. Although the traffic can be heard from nearby roads it didn’t hamper our stay. Already re booked for another overnight stop off!
