A fabulous well maintained site close to Stratford upon Avon. Amenities spotless and little extras of quality hand wash and hand cream.
Well stocked local shop and pub in Snitterfield.
Free WiFi. A lovely little gem of a place. Deb and Mark are lovely too.
Hard standing pitches of generous proportions. Definitely going back! Bonus -open all year round.

The A46 is close and you will hear traffic. This did not interrupt our stay.

Nice big open pitches, offering up hard standing for motor home and grass for awnings, loads of space between neighbours and divided by Braeburn apple trees. We were greeted within 45 minutes of arriving by Deb, who was so friendly, informing us on where everything was located, bathrooms, showers and washing up areas as well as local pub and food recommendations, we were even told to help ourselves to any of the apples that were growing right the way throughout the site. Site was really clean and well kept, private area for waste disposal was also nice. Showers and toilets were immaculate and plentiful stocked with soap, toilet roll, air fresheners, toilet cleaners and mops. There was also WiFi throughout the site, which we did send a text to Deb asking for the password and she replied almost immediately. We also received a really informative email ahead of arriving giving us lots of information as well as codes for the security gates to access the site.

You are close to a very busy road and so noise is to be expected, this was the only downside if we were to be REALLY picky, but that is by no means anything to do with the site and we also opted to sleep in the awning as opposed to our camper - had we slept in the camper the noise would have been barely noticeable, but definitely something worth mentioning all the same.

Great site, well laid out and plenty of space on each pitch. You might need levellers though on some pitches. There is traffic noise from the A46, but the trees block most of it out and at night you can hardly hear it at all. Great toilets and showers. Rubbish bins, grey waste (for caravans) and toilet waste disposal also available. Motorhomes are encouraged to dump their grey waste on the grass, to water it : )

There are 2 coded gates to get through (about 15 ft apart) when entering or leaving the site, we found this was a bit of faff, but can understand the need after site owner explained the damage caused by some trying to get in without paying etc.

Lovely, well maintained site, orchard setting is really nice. Large, level, pitches with EHU and water at each pitch.

Host came to check on all vans at night which was nice and welcome.

2 separate facilities blocks at opposite ends of site was great for us m, no lengthy trek in the dark at night to the loo! Facilities were clean and even a hairdryer.

Liked the picnic table at the pitch saved time putting up and taking ours down.

We walked to the local pub for a meal, good food, easy walk but take a torch if going at night as there is no pavement in places .

We really enjoyed the blackberry and apple pie we made with apples from the site too!

Don't be put off by comments about road noise. Yes you can hear it but you know in advance so just pack your earplugs, it is a small inconvenience for staying at such a nice site

Lovely little site, situated 15 min drive from Stratford upon Avon.
Deb, the owner, was welcoming and very informative about the local area.
The village of Snitterfield, with a pub, about a 15 min walk away, that was also very welcoming
There is a farm with a good choice of food, that is also a restaurant.
There is also a mobile micro pub that calls on site on Fridays, selling local beers and gins.
