There were only 7 other vans on site so not sure how they would cope with the electricity if fully occupied. We did speak to the owner who did not offer any assistance.
We are so sorry for your experience during your stay. Unfortunately due to the extremely windy weekend, which affected most of the country, the whole area experienced frequent power outages, and the local electricity supplier were on restricted power. I am sorry that you felt we did not offer any assistance, however, as explained, this was out of our control. We can only re-iterate that we do offer 16amp points and can assure you that during normal operation we do not experience any problems with supply. Fortunately all of our other guests understood the situation and re-set any necessary appliances after each outage. Apologies again for any disappointment caused to both parties by this situation.
