Spacious pitches, clean site, good location.

Electric hook up was really easy and having drinking water tap at your pitch was also brilliant

Although it looks like investment has been made for the facilities, ( nice soap and hand cream available) there are only 2 toilets on site for women. One in each of the 2 blocks. This is not enough. You really need your own facilities in your van especially in busier months. To access 1 block/ toilet you need a code. Main shower block is unheated so was very cold despite there being a radiator and a heated towel rails in each of the the shower rooms ( no means of switching them on ) and there was an overpowering smell of sewage, particularly after heavy rain.
Had to trample across grass to reach the bin area which was very muddy when we were there.
Although communal areas checked, not sure how often they are really cleaned. Toothpaste on the floor remained there for a couple of days and bin with disposable hand towels was unemptied for the 2 days during our stay. Assume this was due to there being few visitors on site and everyone seemed to clean up after themselves.
Road noise is constant but Ok when in your van

Large pitches, clean and tidy. Yes you can hear the road noise but it did not bother us. Pitches are nearly level and are hardstanding.

Stayed here over a frosty cold weekend. Very clean site, great size pitches and mostly level.
Quiet site, in a picturesque setting with trees separating the spacious pitches.
Little bit of road noise, but nothing we were concerned about.
Access via two sets of gates, both with keypad control, and both electrically operated.
Facilities block was warm and clean, not sure if it had been used the day we arrived as it was very clean and tidy.
Good location for Stratford upon Avon and Warwick, with easy access to the M40 a couple of miles away.
Great email with easy to understand instructions for gaining access to the site from Deb & Mark, prior to our stay, giving all the site and local information as needed.
I am sure we will be back again some time very soon. very reasonable price for a very well laid out site.

Reasonably priced at £25 with
16 amp electricity. Only stayed 1 night. Spacious pitches.

No recycling or drive over drain

Large pitches with a picnic table and lots of grassy space around. Very clean facilities. Campsite felt safe and although next to the main road, sound didn’t bother me at all.

This was our first ever trip in our caravan and we wanted somewhere small, friendly and close to home.

This site was a perfect location just off the A46 and not far from Stratford-upon-Avon. A straight run on the M42/M40 for us from Solihull.

The owners are really helpful and pop by to say hello at least once a day. The facilities are always clean and tidy and were very modern! It was very peaceful and quiet as it is a small spacious site. On a night time, you can hear the noise from the passing traffic on the A46 but we weren’t bothered by this.

It felt very secure, having to enter through two gates and we gave our girls the freedom to go where they wanted on site whilst being respectful to other campers. The pitches were large levelled tarmac or gravel area, each with a water tap and electric hook up points. Plenty of space for an awning on either side of the pitches. The waste area was always tidy.

We really enjoyed our stay and booked for one more extra night.

Our 2 girls, did get a little bored as nothing on site for children, however we often went out for walks or there is a small farm shop close by with animals, cafe and play area so by the time we got back to the van, they wanted to chill out.

We would definitely return to the site for a mini break as it was exactly what we needed…but most probably as a couple and not as a family.
