Amazing place with the most beautiful views, very friendly atmosphere and the cabin we stayed in was clean, modern and full of charm

Site was very friendly and well maintained live the fact that you only pay for the the electric you use.
Lakes are well stocked which kept my 15 year old son extremely happy and busy with his catches 🎣
We had a roast on the Sunday in the hubbles cafe which was very well priced with a very large portion.

Some of the fishing banks were quite steep

Lovely place to stay...... our 2nd visit and many more to come, everyone friendly, staff always helpful and brilliant.
Huge lakes..... please be careful if taking kiddies..... well please watch your kiddies, several times children fishing on their own and other children on their own along the side throwing stones, not the owners fault at all, Parents please watch your own kids... worrying to see

Tidy clean site

Noisy road especially early mornings

Excellent site. Kept in great condition the pitches are large and are well maintained with and lots of electrical points available. Toilets and shower block are very clean. Fishing was fantastic lots of carp caught from lake 5 and my children (5&3) enjoyed catching little tiddlers. We will definitely be returning.

Restaurant and bar very nice well priced food was unbelievable.

Lovely community feel around the place everyone seems to know every one. The owners done a fantastic job with this place to what it was 10/12 years ago.

The quiet and peaceful setting. Facilities were well equipped, and the cafe was well priced.

This was the 3rd year we have stayed at Fendicks. Each time we discover more to do in the area. This time Lisa told us about Gooderstone Water Gardens PE33 9BP and Watatunga Wildlife Reserve PE33 0RG. We duly visited and can highly recommend them both. The site itself is always well kept and beautifully peaceful, we don't fish ourselves but enjoy watching the anglers making their catches around the lakes. We hope to return next summer.
