Loved the live music, bar and food vans. Was my favourite campsite by far. All people working there were so helpful and friendly.
Lovely clean toilets and showers. Loads of space for the kids to run around. Am definitely going back.

Loved the location, easy drive to Weymouth.
Absolutely loved the live music on Saturday night, brilliant set up with hay bale seats, stage, bar, hot food and all under cover if needed, created a wonderful festival feel like atmosphere.
The owner was so accommodating and the staff happy and helpful. Ground was flat, views are beautiful!
The site is basic but clean. Great price and we will definitely be spending more time there when Weymouth is our destination!

I’d have to be really picky to add anything. If I had to it would be no hot water to wash up with…. But I am being really picky there. It’s a basic but lovely site pop up site and the little extras make it a lovely stay!

Really enjoy this camping! Really nice place to stay. Bathroom/showers always clean. I really would recommend this camping. Nice people running the camping.

Good vibe, nice campsite for families and groups. Nice idea with the entertainment and bbq at the weekends. Site is nice and spacious and lovely views. Staff are very friendly and directed us to a quieter spot in the site. Toilets and showers are a bonus.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, let us add a car to our booking on the day and we’re flexible with our check in time allowing us to drop our stuff off in the morning, enjoy our day and then check in properly later that evening. The facilities are excellent, especially the hot showers! The catering wasn’t available so the staff provided breakfast themselves the next morning which was above and beyond! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Second time camping but first time at Donkey Down. Very spacious pitches with variety of spots. Tim was very helpful when we arrived and explained the layout of the farm and where to go based on what we wanted, was also really helpful when it came to logs, kindling & firelights.
Place was extremely clean, toilets and showers were absolutely spotless!!
First campsite with evening entertainment, incredible singer!! Really reasonable price for food and drinks and vibes were 10/10. The views are amazing with country one side & sea the other. Great location with Weymouth & Dorchester 10 minutes in the car either side.
