Stunning venue with some excellent views. Really made you feel like you were on holiday. Loads for kids to do and fishing lakes are brilliant with lots of space.
What staff that were working were helpful, chatty and friendly

Not enough staff rostered on to work in the restaurant meaning that service was terribly slow and long queues. Not their fault, management issue.
The outdated method of having to physically go the swimming pool every morning to queue for 30 minutes to book. This could be done via an app, online or a telephone system.

Quite and peaceful park.

Could have a camping gaz and a cattle in all pods as well. Was missing a EV charger points on park.

The pod was very clean, a good size for 3 of us staying and bed was comfy

Kids had fun in the arcade but could do with a few more games where possible

Large fields for the dogs to go in

The toilet/shower block was clean but could do with an upgrade as the showers were not very powerful and needed descaling and not sure how often it was attended to through the day but maybe could do with being checked a bit more often for loo roll top ups etc

Had to pay for wifi

Certain areas of the pool side were green and could do with a jet wash

General set up. Pods had a nice picturesque placing next to large lake.

Pod not clean on arrival, found rubbish under bed when putting on bed linen. Showers and toilets were a good walk away from pod and were not cleaned regularly. Showers had lots of hair in the plug and generally looked unclean.
Swimming pool facilities were also not clean, nappy bin overflowing and strong smell of urine in the cubicles.
Food in the club house took 90mins to arrive and when it did it was not nice, my little boys burger (microwave burger) was as hard as stone and when returned they sent the same burger back.

Everything! Glamping pod clean and perfect location on site. Amusements, crazy golf, karts, swimming, segways and more, all available. We all loved it and will definitely be returning

The park was very peaceful and the location of the pods is perfect. Staff were generally very helpful and friendly but it was clear that there were staff shortages and this impacted the quality of customer service

Showers were cold with hardly any water pressure. (Ladies block)
We waited over an hour for our breakfast one morning and when we questioned where our food was, we were told they hadn't even started cooking it yet. We got a refund in the end and left without eating but there was a total lack of communication.
The beds in the pod are uncomfortable and make you sweat due to the plastic covering

We loved the tranquility of staying in the pods on the lakes. The views were breath taking and it was calm and peaceful.
The pods were clean and fun.

We did have a lovely time but there isn't much to do on complex other than swimming and this is very limited.

Didn't like the fact that you only have a 45 mins slit for swimming (including getting undressed). Ended up with 35 mins of swimming time, this is not long enough, especially when it's the main part of the holiday. Would prefer to hang around the pool for most of the day rather than having to time everything.

Food and drinks are extremely expensive and the food isn't worth it. Would recommend going off site to eat.
Toilet block for pods were clean and lovely when we arrived, however, after two days, they were disgusting...no toilet rolls, bad smell and poo on outside of the toilet rim .

The toilets on complex smelled really bad but seemed clean.

Bingo time goes on for too long! I think it needs to be earlier. Having to wait for entertainment til 9pm is too much, especially if you eat in complex early, then it's a long wait. Pods were too far away to just pop down later.

The actual Glamping pod was nice basic but as advertised and nice location although they are very close to each other a bit off putting.

No entertainment pass was given on arrival then reception closed and went to go use facilities told cannot without pass ridiculous can’t even buy a bingo ticket without pass even after showing key and all paperwork etc then awful evening in clubhouse very disappointed at the people who were in lots of arguments drinks being thrown nasty swearing vulgar behaviour not a family atmosphere at all ! Real shame what a waste of money and sooo looked forward to this getaway.

Showers were not very good.
Swimming times limited to 45 minutes even when not busy.
Cleanliness of washing up area/ toilets- didn't seem to be cleaned each day.

With stunning natural surroundings to relax in, this was perhaps the cleanest site I think we’ve ever stayed on, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our boys enjoyed the swimming pool, and perfectly situated for exploring the area.
