Great site, easy access, close to Chedder Gorge and Wells city.
Indoor pool bar and great food good value.
Site kept clean, toilets and showers very clean.

Very tight to back a caravan into hardstanding pitches

early morning dog barking - but it's location is by a farm so........
fairly hilly to walk around so might not be appropriate for some with disabilities

Another say at Buckelgrove for our anniversary weekend. Site was clean and tidy as usual and the staff polite and friendly. We had an evening meal in the bar and that was good value and tasty

bought two chocolate bars from shop but when opening them they were off with date showing the bars went out of date back in july but had already left site

Some of the caravans that are pitched permanently look very untidy with multi coloured lights up poles and fencing with lights on them, looks like a circus. Very clean but tired.

Great views, friendly staff, clean facilities, level pitch on hardstanding - liked it at the top of the site (Grove) and had a shower (no push button either!) and toilet block - with washing up area, chemical waste and drinking water - all easily accessible. Has shop selling good range of basics. Nice bar and small pool, plus games room.
Managed to walk to the local pub by taking the back roads to avoid walking on the main road. They did great coffee and fab breakfasts and were really welcoming!!

Hard to walk on the roadside as no pavement - buses only every hour.

Excellent from all at site from check-in to departure. Only one night but could not have been smoother. Site clean and spacious near to facilities as requested. The bar and restaurant served excellent food at expected prices.

Location was perfectly situated for cheddar gorge and wookey hole! The views from the non electric field were lovely and the fact they had fully serviced pitches was ideal, made our stay easy and comfortable.

Pool was dirty and requires a better filtration system. Bins only located at the front of the site as is the waste disposal area.

Spacious pitches with privacy hedges, lovely bar at the lodge with friendly staff. Nice swimming pool
