We loved this site. The pool was warm and the bar and food was excellent.
Toilet blocks was always clean and it was a very rainy week we stayed, so we should expect some level of mud ect but to be honest we had no problems.
We will definitely be returning. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially Sally she's a star. Thanks for a lovely stay

Lovely place, near some great places you can visit. We loved the swimming pool, the water was nice and warm which in winter is a real blessing. Clean toilets, clean swimming pool and changing rooms. We loved the animal Grove too.

We really enjoyed our stay, and I am sure we will be coming back and recommending to others. What would however be more convenient is to have some lamps especially when the days are so shorts and it's always dark in winter. It was a bit difficult to set up the caravan in the darkness.

The location of our pitch was great. Very warm informative welcome from Gary. The Lodge was really good for drinks and food. Good ambience. General location good for Wookey Hole and cheddar gorge.

The site is tired and needs a lot of TLC. More gravel on the pitches would also be good as would give better traction and drainage during winter or heavy rain. Upgrade of shower/ toilet block. Was freezing cold when I went in for a shower on a cold rainy day. Some nice person had taken their muddy dog in the shower cubicle which was covered in mud.
Not the maintenance folks fault as I doubt they knew about it.

It was very clean , public toilet and shower, also it was very easy to find map. Also I was very happy to use fast Internet.

Staff are very friendly. Put lovely activities on for the kids. Swimming pool was so warm! Pitch was quite difficult to level but we managed. Really nice site. Clean facilities and we loved the animal grove!
