Dog walks too far away without taking vehicle or going onto very narrow & steep hill to get to field & then sheep in field so unable to let dogs off lead 😞🐕🐕

Bar and restaurant on site. Nice warm toilets/showers. Helpful staff.

No dog field. Had to walk her a lot around the site. Looked at the main road to see if any public footpaths but there were none visible and the road was too busy with no footpath to have a walk to find one.
If you could find some space on your site for a field where dogs can run free it will be perfect.

Location and set up. Bar and food were great and great prices.

Been coming here for a couple of years now and love this place. Clean and tidy, never seen it dirty. Friendly and approachable staff who are always happy to help if you need it.

Facilities nice and clean, friendly staff, swimming pool is great and it was really nice to have a bar and hot food served on-site.

Coming in from M5 side, it was quite a challenging route especially with a large twin-axle van. Avoid coming through Banwell village if possible. Obviously not the fault of the site owners but the roads coming in were difficult.

On-site, the internal ring road for touring caravans had a pinch point which also caused a slight issue for a large van and could be improved with a hedge or two being cut back.

These are minor points however and present a far less of a problem with smaller vans. Camper vans are fine of course.

Pretty site with everything you could wish for. Although we did not use the facilities they were available without extra charges. Level pitches with plenty of space. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike.

Nice clean site, Club house, shop, swimming pools. Nice and warm changing rooms. Friendly staff. Location is lovely. The views are amazing. I loved the little animal trail they have done. there's a fresh fruit and veg shop just outside the campsite called the Strawberries.Theres a nice cafe called the Wooky Hub that's we had a lovely breakfast in

The road in the top part of the site is has so many pot hole. We damaged our alloys as it was dark and raining and hit a pot hole. There so many it hard not to hit 1 or 2.
Kids park could be a little bigger.

Friendly welcome, all staff were lovely ,small site lovely bar / grill and small indoor pool .

Nothing to dislike

Close to local attractions and supermarkets. Lovely view over the torr. Great food in the restaurant, quite site if you just want somewhere to keep your head down whilst adventuring out and about.

Games room is just 1 pool table. Swimming pool doesn’t have any changing rooms which made my daughter feel uncomfortable getting changed in front of other people.
