Staff were great from the front of house reception to the bar staff.
Food was great in the Bar Grill, would recommend.
15 minutes to Wells with its beautiful cathedral and 15 minutes to Cheddar George with its stunning views. So really placed spot on for travelling to see the local sites.

The toilets and showers definitely need an upgrade. They did have signs up to say they were currently due to be upgraded however they weren't when we visited.

Loved the lodge restaurant and the swimming pool and the animal grove my grandson loved it

Would of liked somewhere to walk the dog and a larger play area for the children

Great campsite .. Lovely Bar & Restaurant.. Clean Showers .. Lady in reception was very helpful 👍🏼

Facilities poor on site. Booked a hardstanding pitch, in reality we got a sparse gravel muddy pitch

Another lovely stay at bucklegrove this time in a caravan instead of a tent, staff are lovely, food in club house just right what more could you ask for,see you again soon

Didn't really use the facilities other than the shower block etc which was all good.

We had a hard standing pitch which was a mixture of gravel and mud (weather was really wet) Tried to park up the motorhome by a water tap to fill the on board tank but found it impossible because it couldn't be done without blocking the road. The field with the pool and bar on had much better pitches that were vacant while we were there but apparently we had the last hard standing pitch available!
Just glad we only paid £19.95 for one night.

Cabin was ok,warm, with cooker ,pots, cutlery provided

Cabin wasn't cleaned properly,dirty mirror, bowl with bugs inside,plenty of dead bugs in beds, cobwebs in every corner. We killed around 5 huge false black widow inside (venomous spider). My daughter scared to sleep because of it.
Water no works next to our cabin, smaller toilet block- cold water in shower at evenings.
