Great pitch, easy to get on and off with a good amount of space. Family friendly, dog friendly and a nice atmosphere. The reception desk staff were always happy to help.

Toilet blocks could do with an update, some of these are being updated.

The view from our tent was spectacular. My morning cuppa was made all the better with the fantastic view from tor field.
The swimming pool was a good size and no booking required meant the children could go wherever they wanted

The changing rooms for the swimming pool were a little on the small side so we just walked back to our tent in our towels

Where do I start….
Reception staff unwelcoming and not very friendly. Our pitch was right next door to the toilet and shower block. No nice views and the area very messy and unkept. Lawns overgrown, site not very well maintained.
Shower and toilet block so dated and dirty, really not nice when your showering and the drain running through the shower is full of people’s toilet waste. Disgusting!!

There was enough to entertain the children (9 & 14) whilst it was raining. The views were incredible and we enjoyed the local area of Cheddar!

Well laid out site. Nice little shop. Decent pub annd kids play equipment and of course the pool!

Shower blocks are getting a bit tired but already doing them up.

Our pitch was brilliant, staff were fantastic, bar/restaurant and swimming pool were fantastic. Our 9 year old was extremely happy the wifi was good - happy child = happy parents. Woodland walk also fun for kids

Although the food was nice we think menu needs to have bigger variety, more doggie bins & during peak times having the bar open earlier especially when the weather is rubbish.

Clean spacious shower and toilet facilities that always had hot water when we used them.

Small pitch for our campervan even without an awning.
Not much space between pitches.
Lots of young unsupervised children on bicycles and scooters which was hazardous when vans and cars were manouvering around the site.
