Such a great place! Facilities are nice and clean, enjoyed the pool a lot! Lovely singer Saturday evening. Will be back!

Had a lot of ants unfortunately, couldn’t even leave fruit out for the children, bug repellent came in handy!

Not a dislike as such but wish I could have chosen our pitch as this is 2nd time we stayed and we were located next to the tpilets whereas we would have preferred a few pitches down

Lovely clean camp with an extra large grass pitch. Went with family and we had a lovely spot to bbq and eat out between the 2 caravans. Nice bar with classic pub food at a reasonable price. Disabled facilities nice and clean with plenty of room. Bath also available costs £1 for 15 minutes of very hot water so was well worth the price. Surprisingly good WiFi and telephone reception.

Good location for walking, cycling and access to lovely towns and of course Wells.
Campsite facilities were good and clean. Nice cold beer and cider from the lodge club house plus the fish n chips were lovely. Staff were very friendly. Will use Bucklegrove again and would recommend 😀

I liked just being able to use the pool on and off all day. And the little shop wasn't expensive.

Would have been nice if we could of came earlier to set up the tent and make the most of the day. But I guess if your staying more then one night it wouldn't make no difference. That's about all. I didnt use any of the showers because we only stayed one night.

Tent pitches had alot of privacy, reception staff were, toilet and shower facilities were good, amenities were good aswell

It was busy though I wouldn't say that a bad thing at all

Windows outside could be done with a wash to get rid of the cobwebs. Inside toilet and showers can be down with a deep clean

On arrival in reception met by very friendly staff nothing is to much trouble for them.
The pitch was great easy to reverse into very level plenty of space for the awning and the car. The showers and toilets were kept exceptionally clean The showers were great. The views were amazing and 99% of the time very peaceful and quiet.

Just one road we had to travel down to get to the site

This site is just not for me.

Our allocated pitch was under a large tree which made it very dark and quite cold despite the hot day. It was also immediately next to the male chemical WCs and as the pitches are not large people were literally only a metre or so from the side of the van as they passed. The dates I booked were for a midweek break cafe/bar was closed. I checked with them first and was told it would be open one of the evenings of my stay, but it wasn't. The site plan shows a field gate and I asked about dog walks. The gate led straight out onto a road.
