Loved the vibe

We hadn’t really looked at ‘adult only’ campsites before and had a suspicion they may be noisier than family ones - Bredy farm wasn’t what we expected !! A lovely farm based campsite - our T2 backed on to open fields lovely to wake up too ! The bar is amazing - sandy in the barn and a pool with a great DJ till late. We ate in the restaurant - which is very popular and for good reason - wholly recommend the pizza and pasta and a very good wine selection. In the morning we’ve never slept in so long lovely and peaceful ! See you soon xxx

Ooohhh tricky this one - really no dislike - super cool site !!!

Trees, felt very welcome, funky place, choice if toilets, compost or flushing.
Coast was under 1 hour walk away.

The waitress in the restaurant decided to make us wait an hour for our restaurant pizza. Because we choose to sit outside. This was offered by the waiter, as it qas a hot day.
When asked she said inside is served first. This definitely put a negative on the restaurant.
Saying that, the pizza, when it finally came, was delicious.

The showers on the mead were warm & free.

The compost toilets on the Mead don't separate out waste so smelled terrible and weren't kept clean. For the price you would expect cleaner facilities.
The washing up station only provided cold water and wasn't under cover.
Don't come at the weekend if you want a quieter stay!
The ground on the Mead got easily muddy when it rained. The shower area seems to drain straight onto the surrounding area so there was mud and pooling water there (which pallets had been put over).
The Mead campsite is a trek away from the farm itself.
The signage was poor - we struggled to find the Cider shed and then the Mead campsite.
The pitches weren't level (wasn't unexpected).

An extraordinary site. Crazy buzzing atmosphere at night that carries on all night. Great bar and music with no children .

The orchard field was just a bit too packed. You definitely don’t check in here at the weekend for peace and seclusion but even so…

Big open spaces with multi-tent options.
The music if you are inclined to go there for the DJ

Loud music in fields after 2 in the morning.

Very friendly. Peaceful during the daytime.

We knew there was music in the evening at the Parlour restaurant which is just across the lane from the campsite. The pool and bar was new since our visit last year. Pizza very good.
This attracts the young people which is good and in the evening the music is the attraction. However, it went on far too long, 2am and beyond and that boom boom base rhythm penetrating very loudly well into the night.
Bring ear plugs!
Also the drinks at the bar were very expensive. With all the money they are maki g, I think they should invest in their campsite and provide better facilities which were very poor.

Location is idealism. Fabulous restaurant. Close to beach

Over crowded. No where near enough facilities. Partying until 4.00am

All the staff were friendly and polite and atmosphere was electric.

Could have done with a couple of different lager's on tap, not a fan of Amstel. May be a broader selection of spirits behind bar.

Wicked little campsite with pool/bar, djs, and great staff.

Orchard pitch was flat and everyone seemed friendly and respectful.

Portaloos cleaned regularly.

Beautiful location

Lovely walks locally, 40 mins walk to the beach.

Over 18s.

You gotta love your music ... Both Friday and sat night were wickedly lively and the music carried on till 4am.

This didn't bother us at all - I love it ... But do be mindful if booking and you're expecting it to be quiet ... It won't be at the weekends ... Although I have been told it's quiet during the week.

I didn't see it as a negative ... Finding such a lovely friendly music venue with camping was brilliant!!
