For late arrivals, although our evening team are usually in Reception, if for any reason they need to step away, we have a note on the Reception door with the phone number so that they can get you checked in as swiftly as possible.
We did have some issues with our chemical toilet block during your stay, but these have now been rectified once reported - I am sorry that it impacted your stay.
I'm not sure what you mean regarding offers not working, so do get in touch so we can understand this and hopefully fix it.
