We have had a new lady working here and it might just be that she gave you the wrong info. our times are from 1pm arrival and departure 11.30am For future reference looking forward to meeting you again

A aimé Lovely clean site, large pitches available, friendly staff, facilities modern and clean, will definitely be returning. In easy reach of the A55, can easily travel to various e.g. Conwy, prestatyn, Llandudno, Chester to name but a few

A aimé Fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean, good clean site within walking distance of the beach,

N'a pas aimé Booked a large pitch but was more like standard, the pitch wasn't suitable for a caravan as had to pitch it sideways to fit it on then couldn't get the caravan level due to the slope of the pitch.

A aimé The size of the pitch was a good size to fit caravan, awning and car on the gravel area without having to go on the grass. Friendly helpful staff

N'a pas aimé Toilet and shower block needs a revamp as looking tired and dirty. The toilets in the club stunk of sewage and needs a revamp as paint coming off the doors looking very tired

A aimé Staff were very friendly and helpful, lots of different walks to take in fantastic countryside views, close to town centres, very quiet and peaceful site

A aimé It was a quiet site, with outdoor pool

N'a pas aimé Nothing going on in the club, seeing as it was a bank holiday, the club had no change so couldn't get a drink on one occasion, they kept shutting the shop for different reasons and it was not very well stocked. Also as we went as 2 families we only got one fob between us to get on and off the site

Réponse du gestionnaire : It is unfortunate there were elements of your stay that you didn't enjoy. The entertainment for the Bank Holiday Weekend included several live acts on Saturday afternoon where we staged our first outdoor "Gig on a Green" in aid of McMillan Nurses and the RNLI, we also had entertainment in The Cartwheel during the rest of the weekend which included live music as well as traditional bingo - I will look at how we advertise this across the site. It is unfortunate our small shop selling essentials was closed at times but this is also our Reception Centre and my staff may well have been showing new quests to their accommodation - I will review staff levels for peak periods. The fobs are issued one per pitch but additional fobs may be available at Reception subject to a small returnable deposit, I will remind my staff to highlight this on arrival of guests.
