A aimé The view was lovely and there was a play area for the children. It was good that there’s food huts available and the shower block was fine for our 3 night stay.

N'a pas aimé The road was noisy and the pitches were very close together. We did put an awning up for privacy, but due to not having an awning pitch was asked to take it down.

We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the lovely views, found the facilities suitable for your stay and made use of the children’s play area and food vans. We’re sorry you were disappointed regarding the awning. We would just like to clarify that you had booked an electric touring pitch without an awning, rather than one of our designated awning pitches. We did advise during your stay that the awning would need to be taken down, as awnings are only permitted on pitches specifically booked as awning pitches. Had an awning pitch been booked, you would have been able to have your awning set up. A sun canopy is permitted on our non-awning pitches, but only where it consists of the supporting legs with no sides and no groundsheet. This is to ensure that the pitch type and space requirements are adhered to consistently for all our guests. We do appreciate your comments regarding the road noise. As we are located close to the A55, some traffic noise is unfortunately unavoidable, although our location does provide guests with easy access to Llandudno, Conwy and many of North Wales’ attractions. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you enjoyed exploring the area during your visit.

A aimé We loved the site, it wasn’t too big, was in a lovely area and some open space for the dog to have a run around. The toilet and shower block was the best we’ve ever been to! It looked brand new and was gleaming and very well maintained. The site was within walking distance to Llangollen and we will definitely be returning.
