A aimé The site is perfectly placed if you are looking to visit Llangollen, but that isn't the best part. This is a real hidden gem in a sea of campsites nearby. From the start the owners are in touch with easy to understand directions and check in instructions. As we arrived we were met with some delicious homemade cake which made us feel welcomed immediately (rhubarb and custard was fantastic). We were given an overview of where everything was and left to pitch. We had one of the scenic pitches and whilst we needed ramps, the slight incline was worth it for the views, especially when we were treated to the sunset. The facilities are fantastic and a separate toilet was being opened whilst we were there to save any waits whilst people have their showers.

A aimé This is a fantastic site in a great location. Joe was very welcoming and explained exactly what to expect being next to the working farm. The site itself is only small, which we loved, it is a world away from the busier sites and really allows you to sit and unwind. The views mean you can sit and watch to fully relax, or you can use it as a base and go straight out onto the nearby crags and start exploring. Overall a great site that we will definitely be back to.
