A aimé Everything. Clean and well maintained showers and toilets. Quiet location. Good size pitches, friendly staff. WiFi wasn’t great and signal wasn’t either but not terrible.

A aimé Beautiful campsite with spacious pitches. Stunning views & great hiking location. Hope cove is about 1/2 hr walk. Really liked the staff and the facilities were really clean. Great Saturday night pizzas too!

N'a pas aimé 20p for 1.5 minutes is a little irritating but to be honest it made Me conscious about my water usage so it’s objective worked. I would have preferred a larger cubicle to change into my dry things or more hooks in the showers for clothes as they get wet on the floor.

We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the campsite, the spacious pitches, the views, the walks from Karrageen and, of course, the Saturday night pizzas! I’m especially glad you found the staff great and the facilities clean, as those are our main focuses in running the site. We work hard to keep everything well looked after, so it really does mean a lot when guests notice and appreciate it. Thank you also for your feedback about the showers. The 20p system is in place mainly because our water comes from our own spring rather than a mains supply, so it helps us manage water usage across the site, particularly during busy periods. That said, I completely understand your point about the changing space and hooks. We’ll certainly take that on board, as small practical improvements like extra hooks can make a big difference. We’re really glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you back to Karrageen again in the future.
