N'a pas aimé After arriving we had a look at the toilet/shower facilities and took a short walk up the road. We then decided that we wouldn't stay the night and continued our journey on to Cornwall. This site would have only been a stop over for one night but decided one night would be too much. Certainly don't agree with the reviews that give a high rating. Definitely would not consider booking here in the future. Customer service was a text shortly before we arrived so didn't give a very good first impression.

We’re sorry to hear you chose not to stay, especially as your visit was very brief and you didn’t experience the site overnight or explore the village and bridleways, which are located in the opposite direction to the main road you walked towards. This summer’s prolonged dry weather and the local hosepipe ban have unfortunately affected our grass, wildflower area, and spring planting many of which is now dying. These conditions are outside our control, but we continue to care for the grounds within the restrictions. Our toilet and shower facilities are cleaned and maintained daily, and we encourage guests to let us know immediately if anything needs attention. We’re pleased that over a hundred guests have shared positive reviews reflecting their experience of our facilities, customer service, and peaceful location and we continue my win awards for customer care year in year out. I rung as soon as I thought there was a problem and you told me there was none. A aimé Lovely site with good size level pitches. Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Excellent toilet and shower facilities. Short walk to coastal path where we walked to New Quay one day and to Aberaeron the other day. Would definitely return to this site again.

A aimé Lovely location, really friendly hosts, level pitch and fabulous clean facilities. Nice walk up to the Tor.

N'a pas aimé Paying for WiFi. I didn't need it as only stayed one night but would be nice to have free WiFi for people staying longer.

A aimé Good size of pitches which are pretty level. Good toilet and shower facilities. Lovely play areas for young children. Nice walks from the site. Cafe on site has good choices on menu, and staff were really friendly and pleasant.

N'a pas aimé To access the gents toilet/shower area you open the door outward into the entrance area that is used by both male and female campers. If any man or boy is using the urinals they're in full view of anyone standing outside the door.

A aimé Good pitch, excellent shower, toilet facilities. Free WiFi which is a bonus. Great location for going on walks, nice cafe andgrea pub just down the road.

A aimé Good size level pitch, electric hook up, toilet and shower facilities, shop on site.

N'a pas aimé Noise from traffic during the night due to position of site being close to a busy dual carriageway. No WiFi even though the information leaflet provided on arrival states satellite WiFi available.
