A aimé Beautiful site if you want to be with nature. Great sized pitches.
Good showering facilities, little small with a closed in shower, sink and toilet but they have separate changing areas. Showers were hot and were only as clean and the people using them!
Lovely animals to visit and the weekend events put on are great for the kids if you want to join in.
Play barn has bikes for all aged children so if you’re not able to take your own you can use the sites. We took our own scooters but feel that the site wasn't suitable as paths were stoney or gravel.
Position of site is not fair from local supermarkets and Jurassic coast beaches.
N'a pas aimé There are only two sinks for washing up for the whole site, even though not a big site at prime times we were waiting. They also are outside with no cover so if weather is bad you will be getting wet!
The pitch we were on for camping was very winding and seems to be right in a wind tunnel on windy days. We did have two days where we came back to a lot of damage to some of our things. Pitch numbers 52 and 53.
Try and request the other end of the field if you can and around the edge as sheltered by bushes. But if you are in the middle of the field and along that line like we were make sure you position your tent facing into the field and not facing out to the path. This may help your tent or sent up to be a little more protected from the wind.
