A aimé This visit was a return overnight stay. I felt very welcomed on arrival and the pitch was absolutely perfect for my circumstances. A shady spot near to facilities as I had a three legged dog with me! The glade was so peaceful and I sat and watched butterflies, dragonflies and birds, with a surprise deer sighting. The site was immaculate, all the staff were very friendly and the shop was very well stocked. Dog friendly and plenty of options for walking. The phone chargers were a lifeline!

A aimé This was a repeat trip to Barley Meadow Touring Park as enjoyed it so much before. Absolutely immaculate park with excellent toilet/shower facilities. Our first time with an awning and had plenty of space for this on a grass ehu pitch. The dogs had a great time too as there is an enclosed area with space for them to run around. Very welcoming and great little shop for essentials. Will definitely book again!

A aimé Absolutely loved this site. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and welcomed. So tranquil and acres of forest to wander with or without dogs. All I heard was the birds and saw the most magnificent Buzzard fly up in front of me. Beautiful wild garlic growing, along with a few bluebells that made the walks enchanting. Hidden glades with firepits. Perfect for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the forest but with the convenience of toilets, showers and little shop for essentials. A short walk from the nearby pub and the bonus of a very quaint composting loo for anyone venturing deeper in the forest!

A aimé Wheeldon Farm was exactly what I needed for an overnight stay whilst visiting a friend. Great price which included ehu and no extra charge for my two dogs. No problems with wifi. I wanted a hardstanding site as the weather has been so bad recently. Very quiet, friendly site with amazing views and great to be able to walk the dogs virtually straight from the door. Entrance to the farm is well signed and plenty of passing places in the lanes so was fine for my VW van.

A aimé Beautiful, well kept, welcoming little site with adjacent ancient woodland which my dogs appreciated as much as me. Would love to return in bluebell season. Very peaceful, with electric hookups. Lovely to hear so many birds especially a Tawny owl and Woodpecker.

N'a pas aimé Got a little lost with Google maps trying to find the site but luckily found it with the walking directions rather than the driving directions

A aimé Absolutely loved the feeling of actually being 'in' the forest here whilst at the same time feeling safe as a solo traveller. Such a friendly welcome and a very peaceful site, hidden away in the beautiful New Forest. Definitely felt at one with nature. Perfect for the dogs as trails immediately from the pitch into the trees. Very clean and tidy site. Chose a sellect pitch and very much appreciated the picnic bench in the morning and the evening. Will definitely be back.

A aimé Absolutely immaculate, peaceful site with great facilities, including enclosed dog area with amazing view. Very friendly, welcoming staff and easy to find, well maintained pitches. Path from the site directly leading to a farm shop. Great location for visiting several nearby National Trust properties including Lydford Gorge, Fingle Bridge and Castle Drogo.

A aimé Loved the feel, character and eco friendliness of Five Wyches Farm. A warm welcome from Mel which was much appreciated as I'm still new to campervanning. A small, friendly, quiet site with solar lit long drop loo, shower, recycling facilities and firepits. Amazing meadow next door for dogs off lead, which was perfect for my two. We stopped for one night but will definitely be back. Great location for visiting National Trust Parke, Yarner Woods, Hay Tor and Becky Falls as well as other beautiful places for those who appreciate nature.

A aimé Exactly what I needed for a last minute overnight pitch in a campervan. Easy to find as near to the road (some road noise but we all slept well) friendly accommodating owner. Well maintained, quiet, level, basic site with portaloos and dog friendly.
