A aimé Great location for exploring the area, large open space for camping in, toilets and showers well looked after and clean. Loved being able to use the kettle to make my coffee in the morning! Friendly owners

A aimé Sadly, the only thing we enjoyed was the water sports activities

N'a pas aimé The entire site was filthy; there was rubbish in all the bushes, all over site, bins weren't emptied and there were only a handful of them, the pitches weren't tended in between guests, the toilets and showers were disgusting, never any toilet paper or soap. On the second night of our stay, the noise from the bell tents behind went on until 2:30am, we had a man behind our tent hitting it, twice, he had been around other tents in the same area, there was no security to call or find anywhere on site, when I told someone the next day all they were bothered about was the noise from other campers. People were leaving early because they were so fed up with how dirty it was. The one day we went up to the park, you had to pay for parking, we ordered l from the Ten66, stood in line for 20 minutes and paid £8 for 2 teas and 2 bags of crisps! Would not return and would definitely not recommend. I camp a lot and have been to a lot of sites and can never even fault the basic sites, but this site clearly has a lot of customers in and out and they're getting a lot of money but not putting it back into the site

A aimé Lovely open space, toilets were well looked after, plenty of space for the kids to play, nice and quiet, main road wasn't too noisy either, best part is being able to see all the stars and the milky way, would highly recommend bringing a telescope if you have one! Firepits are free to use but bring your own wood

A aimé Whole site was clean, special mention to the ladies cleaning the toilets as it was always spotless and they were friendly, plenty of space to choose from, fairly quiet site. If youre camping here I highly recommend heading to south molton and going to Rachael's for cake, the welcome fryer for chippy, and Sainsbury's for anything else!

N'a pas aimé Bar was quite expensive and took a long time to get served even when we were the only customers, kids play area is too far away

A aimé Absolutely beautiful site, very clean and well looked after. We stayed on the wild camping meadow and it was so peaceful and quiet. The toilet and shower block was really close by, and that was so clean and tidy, the little book swap was a nice touch, phone charging point (if you remember the plug!) Is handy! Really lovely site, will definitely be returning!

A aimé Lovely little site off the main road, toilet and sink for washing up, lovely pond to overlook and really quiet which was nice. Near to everything needed but far enough away to not hear much noise.

A aimé Facilities available close to the camping meadow but better facilities down in the caravan site, shop available, plenty of bins, dog meadow, football field, kids play area, whole place was lovely and clean and well looked after, really friendly staff

A aimé Great site, nice pub and food was good, even had takeaway available, toilets were fine and the shower was nice and hot, hosts were great and friendly

N'a pas aimé Very close to a main road where lorries thunder past at all hours of the night
