A nice simple place to stay.located a stones throw from the cliffs. The staff are wonderful,they only ever have a can do attitude.the amenities atmee clean and accessible at all times.

Nothing it was an ideal place to stay as a couple with two little Yorkshire terrier’s. Would use the park again without hesitation

The toilets etc were always clean.

It was hard to book in for pool. They had about 4 half an hour slots per day and were all booked. We only went for the pool and didn’t even get to use it.

Lots of things for kids to do. Two play parks, indoor swimming pool, arcades, entertainment and golf.

Toilet Block - Wasn't cleaned between Fri-Sun. No toilet paper in the ladies toilets for 2 days. One of the sinks was blocked and looked like it had poo in it.
Noise - Some campers did not follow the 11.30pm noise curfew and continued playing loud music and talking/singing until gone 1.30pm.

Location as described. Shop very handy

Toilet/shower block looking tired and needs updating. Lots of places available on touring site but all places next to each other and plots a little small

Cleanliness of site and facilities. Proximity to beach, promenade and town centre.

Noisy intruders to site using the sports area after dark. Not sure they were paying guests. Site security ( barrier at entrance) needs to be reinstated. On arrival, needed more information about how to site caravan in relation to numbered pitches. Two fields, two different systems.

Clean swimming pool, nice bar, staff helpful, Pitches well kept and for the cost a good camp site.

The toilet block needs a really good clean or to be updated as wasn't very bright and fresh.

Aways gave a good time here, stayed few times. Staff wonderful thank you

The site was kept lovely and the entertainment complex, liked having a shop on site. We would return

Absolutely nothing to do with the site but a mature couple letting their dogs bark continually whenever someone walked nearby. It was non stop and they never tried to stop them

Good pitches, plenty of space and quiet at night. Lots to do and good pub/restaurant for food and drink. Great location as near the beach.

Teenagers taking up empty tables outside to sit and chat at mealtimes got a bit annoying. Still don't know why these places are not at all dog friendly inside and why those of us with dogs are always banished outside to eat and drink. Even just a designated place for dog owners inside would be better than having to sit outside in the cold and rain. So many places are dog friendly now that I don't understand why this place isn't!

The complex itself is amazing! Very clean when we arrived with many activities.
Was greeted by a friendly staff member I think his name was Steven? On the Bluebell touring field who was smiling and answered questions and also said hello throughout the stay when paths crossed.
The free swimming and the pool are fantastic my young child enjoyed it. The restaurant and show bar are fab! The food is great and is on the pricey side for certain things especially drinks and alcoholic drinks but is what is expected at these places but to be honest the food was spot on every time.
The kids entertainment is good and many kids I saw enjoyed this with dancing, games and character engagement.
The arcade/games area and parks are nice little touches.
The beach is also very close and ideal.
The shower block was always clean and toilet paper was always stocked up and replaced (Steven I believe was doing this all the time during our stay).
Overall, was a really good stay and very memorable weekend away. Really liked the park itself and would try all the activities. We will definitely go back!

The only problem was there was a noisy neighbour who played music and shouting loud on the first night until around 1am, which on the touring field was loud for us with a child who was sleeping, which someone finally told them to stop I believe. And the place got absolutely trashed by other people including the toilets and the park, full of rubbish from children screaming until 12am at night but this isn’t really the park itself fault.
The entertainment area would also be a little bigger as we couldn’t get a seat during the second night of the entertainment and had to stand for an hour and half.
