The vip pitches comes with seating this is a nice touch but the pitch next to us their seating was right up by side our caravan so privacy was limited. This was the same for us our seating was right under the caravan next to us. Also the WiFi was a problem kept losing signal but so was my mobile data same but that’s what you get in rural areas

You were clearly in a 'bad mood' when you arrived as you explained to us that you had just left a very poor site, your vehicle had broken down and that you had to wait a long time for a recovery vehicle.
You arrived the park at 5pm......the sun had moved around by then. If you had arrived at 12pm as you were entitled to you would have enjoyed lovely sunshine. The following day we witnessed yourself and your wife sunbathing on your sun lounges, therefore indicating that you indeed had a sunny pitch.
As for the 'cramped' pitches......that is your opinion, however this is in contrast to the 9.7/10 average score that we have received from 335 reviews and we do not feel the need to act on this.
We are very proud and humbled by the 9.8/10 average score from Pitchup and do not take this for granted (AT ALL) but we do feel that cases like this need to be addressed accordingly.
