What a lovely site from start to finish the chap who runs the park can’t do enough for you nothing is to much trouble for him toilets and showers are nice and clean in fact all the site is spotless I had a flat tyre and not only did he lend me his pump he came and pumped it up for me and he also takes you down to new quay village for a pound and fetched us back and doesn’t keep the money it goes to charity would definitely stay again thank you.

Loved everything about the beautiful place.....Owner was so helpful and even got us a discount on a boat trip to see dolphins, 15 minutes walk to beach, loved it

No phone of TV signal, but wifi was very good so not a problem.

First time visiting Wern Mill and spent 5 nights there in late August.
Even before we arrived we had a very positive customer service experience after sending a question via their online contact form with a follow up phone call completely answering our concerns.

The site itself is tucked off the road via a short couple of hundred metres of tight road but it is very quiet and shouldn't put anyone off.
Very easy to enter the site and the pre arrival instructions are very clear and allow you to roll straight up to your pitch.

The pitches are well laid out and well maintained with gravel hard standing and an adjacent grass area.
We stayed on a VIP pitch with EHU and water service along with a cute bench and decorative street lamp which is great for siting out in the evening.
The sites facilities are fantastic and very clean and well maintained.
All usual caravan and motorhome waste service points that are easy to use and the toilet/shower facilities are also very modern and clean.
Our dog even made use of the very good dog wash & dry hut which is a nice touch.
There are very pleasant walking routes immediately from the site to the beaches through lovely woodland on the road and the local towns are easy to get to by bus with the stops a short walk from the site. Just plan your times before hand as the bus frequency is only in 2 hr blocks.

Very quiet at night on the site, those who are concerned about the road noise from other reviews needn't worry, it isn't a heavy main road and yes you can hear vehicles but didn't at any point distract or annoy us.

The staff at the site are extremely friendly and helpful and always there to assist or help you.

The exit from the site is via their requested one way route around some very tight roads back to the bigger roads, we were concerned about this before we arrived and spoke with them and they assured us this would be ok and if we weren't confident to use that route as they have facility and local agreement to chaperone us out of the site back along the short entrance route and marshal us back onto the road.
As promised they did that after a quick request in the morning someone kindly jumped on their quad bike and took us out even though it was raining!
Was absolutely no problem doing this and topped off a lovely stay.

Very nice site, great staff and beautiful location and would recommend it to anyone and would also go back again.

Wifi could be a bit sketchy but during our stay there may have been a service provider issue out of the sites control.

Site is spotless, peaceful ,good setup got shop and a small bar also a great dog wash facility.Very helpful regular site ppl helped my sister start her van thank you again guys.And just a short walk to the beach loved it here 2nd time here now will come again..

WiFi not the best.

Lovely site , clean facilities , there is a small bar and a shop on site. The beech is 20 minute walk from site and from there 30 mins along the bay to new quay which is a nice little town.

Wiffy and tv signal intermittent, bar not open on the days we stayed which was a shame as I would have gone to it, shop very basic.
