Very helpful staff on reception

Site needs updating
Toilets cleaned at the time most people looking to use them ( 8-9 am )
New touring pitches were empty with no atmosphere which was very strange for the middle of august
New toilet blocks not in operation

The pod was great. I liked to have access to a small fridge, and being out of the rain when it happened. The pod is simple and practical but a few more hooks wood be needed to hand coats and towels (There was only one hook in ours). There was Wi-Fi which i did not expect. The use of a picnic table meant we did not have to take chairs and table with us, great again.

I wished the toilet rolls were checked and refilled more. I found that that was not checked when toilets were cleaned which was problematic.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días de relax en un entorno maravilloso. Dormimos en un Pod y está muy bien acondicionado, tiene todo lo necesario.
Las instalaciones están muy limpias y cuidadas.

The cleanliness of the facilities and the comfortable pod beds

The WiFi signal was bad in our pod

Easy access to site, pleasant staff, nice coffee shop and quite good retail shop for bits n bobs. Entrance to site is lovely but unfortunately lacks the same pleasantness once on pitch next to the statics.

Stayed over weekend ovev 3 days each day had to listen to crass cutting, day1 strimmibg day 2 leaf blowing day 3, all very noisey petrol powerd equiptment strimmers kicked up twigs and grass hitting our van, luckily no damage. Touring area a bit ran down since 1st visit 4 yrs ago. Right infront of us was a half done static pitch left untidy bits of wood and pvc pipe lying about the place, bit unpleasant to look at. W.c. and showers had black mildue at base of shower cubicle, cobwebs and dead flies attatched all over the place .. not the most pleasant or cleanest w.c. ive been in. Wouldnt take much to clean it up but looks like nobody could be bothered doing it properly. Very overshadowed with trees on our pitch think the tree might be dead as with a little wind had small bits of branches hitting roof of caravan, but no damage just annoying more than anything else .. sounded worse than it actually was .. made a fair thump noise wise randomly, thankfully nothing large fell off the tree. Which is all a shame as staff are really nice and it could be a better experiance overall.

Staff couldn't have been more friendly and polite.

They even prompted places to go with the kids and things around the park for the kids too.

We were staying right opposite the children’s area and that means we could watch the children at all times . Toilet block facilities were great

Toilet block next to where we were staying was in desuse

Staff were friendly and it was fine for a couple of nights away.

Felt that there wasn’t a lot for young children to do at the facility. Pitches were on a slight slope.

Very clean and comfortable camping pod. Dog friendly and camping pod area well laid out.

Maybe put a small mirror in the camping pod.

Very peaceful getaway
