Nice quiet site, good facilities, helpful staff. Weather too hot for our hairy dog but they found us a lovely shaded pitch which was great.

WiFi was very poor when it was working.

Staff were helpful and very friendly. Small play park for kids.

The price for what you got (I have been to all the pod sites in this area and it’s the best) it is well worth the money compared to what the competition offers.

Staff, reception and outside coffee & cake relaxing area, trees and views, facilities aged but well maintained, the variety of birds and local wildlife, touring pitches on different levels, locality close to village pub, lovely town and sightings of Red Squirrels 🫶🏼

The views were incredible
Walkers paradise
The pod was modern, well equipped, with nice view of the mountains.
Toilet/shower block had powerful shower, also modern.
Large play area my son liked
Many plug sockets for us to charge our electrical items.
Didn't feel like we was in a holiday park as there were a lot of trees and it was hilly (not all flat like some places)
We are already talking about a 2nd visit end of the year.

Coffee shop would be beneficial to serve hot food for the people in the pods/tents but if you bring your own cooking stuff it's not an issue.

Nothing has changed since my visit last year. Wooden gazebo on ground level still taped off.
Campsite is well kept at the private section but the rest looks untidy & tired.
WiFi was poor

Very well priced, comfy, well located and clean lodgings. Staff were friendly and simple process to get in and out of site! Would return to again! Only negative was thay the wifi was useless but I didn't care about that.

Park was easy to find, well signposted and close enough to local amenities without feeling too close to civilisation. Everything you wanted was on site, shop, toilet block, laundry facilities, playpark and nice walks. Site was well kept, tidy and other guests respectful of site rules. Receptionist was incredibly helpful on arrival and made our while family feel welcome and well informed. We will return as soon as possible.

The fact that there was an electronic barrier to allow access via a keypad.

Paid for fully serviced pitch that had blocked waste drain (reported to reception but nothing done).
Due to new statics being installed there was no view other than static caravans.
During the hours of 9 to 5 construction vehicles were constantly passing the caravan.
The actual pitch was well beyond its sell buy date. I believe this is due to the construction of a new field at the bottom of the site which is fully enclosed with trees with virtually no view.
The shower/toilet facilities were not adequate for the number of people using them as the bottom field facilities were not in use.
