Welcomed by owner who made sure we settled in. Spotless and well tended site. Large pitches. Great location for exploring York and the surrounding area. A very relaxing stay.

We were met by Andrew on arrival who explained everything we needed to know about the site and local amenities. A lovely quiet well maintained site. We look forward to returning sometime in the future

No bus on a Sunday (not sites fault)

Really enjoyed the Bungalow, beautiful clean site, great for catching the bus into York. Would definitely stay again, while other campsites had flooded due to the weather conditions, the bungalow was excellent and appeared to drain off surface water. Many thanks to the owner who was friendly and extremely helpful..
Me and my daughter loved the peace and quiet, enjoyed reading, talking and the Christmas market in York …..

No shower/ toilet facilities although we did have these in our campervan

Nice clean and pleasant site , host's were friendly and helpful.Cloe to lots of attractions bus stops outside the caravan site and only £2 toget to the city of York.
