Loved the layout of the site. Our pitch wasn’t the best for us but that wasn’t penine views fault as I had changed to a big tent and that’s the only pitch they had to take it left. Showers / toilet block are super. Super strong shower, and a hairdryer and straighteners available for 20p/£1. Site is kept very well and the young lad who cuts the grass and tidies up is really lovely and always smiling and happy. I would definitely recommend this site.

Lovely campsite, family friendly feel. Clean facilities. Lovely riverside walk. Engine shed great for a drink and different food options each night.

Amazingly clean toilets and showers.Lovely tidy site.We only stayed for two nights but really enjoyed it here.I'd certainly stay in future.The reception area does sell a few basic food items and cold drinks.Perhaps this could be extended into a small shop in the future??

Really enjoyed our stay. Site beautifully maintained. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Excellent facilities. Brilliant for dogs as dog walks near by. Quite happily give 10 out of 10. Couldn't fault at all. Will definitely be back. Thankyou.
