Showers are angled wrong and spray the door and clothes. Floor not angled and water did not drain away.

Roads very bumpy with a caravan

Pitches were lovely and clean, the shower blocks were cleaned and warm.
Lovely area to visit and the cafe was beautiful. Children loved the park and the animals.
Lots of work has been done since we last visited and it’s just a perfect site. Will definitely return!

Shower heads need a descale, the water flys out all over the place but otherwise very clean

Very clean site and toilet/shower block. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Not a dislike but an observation. There was a lack of lighting, so a trip to the toilet/shower block at night was a bit scary😂

Our children loved the playground and the space to run around. The cafe had a good selection of food and drinks and the staff were all very friendly. My husband did a spot of fishing and the live music event was brilliant on the Sunday (before the heavens opened). The site is excellent value for money and we had a lovely long weekend. The facilities were good and the pitches were level. The size of our pitch was very generous

Although the staff were very well mannered they were at times a little slow and avoided communication with customers when busy (such as walking past without making eye contact) Could improve if a little better communication and aplogising for any waits, letting customers know they will be with them shortly etc.

Great little place to stay. Kids play area is great and plenty of space for kids to run free. Showers and toilets were so much better than expected, showers were a lovely temperature for the whole shower. Lovely cafe/bar open in to the evening so you can chill out by the lake. Staff seem lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.
