The cleanliness of the unit, the ease of access, the onsite parking and the functionality of the compact unit.

We also loved having a small outdoor fire pit and beautiful views of the countryside.

The on site pizza’s were super tasty! And a great option for when we wanted to eat on site. Overall a great stay.

No WIFI - if only for practical elements such as booking accommodation route planning.

This is in a lovely remote area, encouraged us to relax with our friends.

The local public house is quite a walk from the campsite.

Very pleasant owners couldn't do enough to help , nothing was a problem, on hand , Very peaceful, nice landscape. We stayed in a pod Very clean every thing you need . Slept like a log.

Great rural location, site was clean, tidy and quiet.

Would have liked to have an allocated pitch number rather than a first come first serve.

The campsite it’s self is amazing facilities are clean and topped up with loo roll hand soap etc.

We happened to have trouble with wind and our tent struggling it was nice the owners came out and checked on there guests.

Friendly atmosphere we would totally go back and recommend to others

This is our 2nd visit to Marbury Camp and Lodge and we've had a great weekend. David and Emma the site owners are lovely and always make us feel welcome. The pitch sizes are great and the amenities are always clean and well kept. The Pizza Baa is delicious and fairly priced and the on site shop is perfect for anything you've forgotten.
We love this site and have already rebooked for October.

Rural location, very quiet. There is a request to keep quiet after 10pm which is great for us.
Has a dog walking field which is really handy.
Onsite shop is available via reception or online shop, this is a great feature, you can get hot and cold drinks, snacks, essential items and order a fire pit or extra wood.
They also sell pizza, you do need to pre order but they are handmade and cooked fresh to order in a wood fired pizza oven and they are amazing. You can sit on the covered deck with your pizza overlooking beautiful countryside views.

Not many pitches and not oversubscribed.

There are a mix of hardstanding caravan/campervan pitches and electric hook up tent pitches as well as a few wild pitches.
There are also luxury pods, we didn't see them inside but have a great location and look lovely from the outside.

As always beautiful and peaceful site with great facilities and clean, tidy and well looked after

Shower and toilets always spotless
There is a frezzer guests can use too which is handy

Easy to follow emails on check in and use of the fire pits

We may try a lodge next year as they look really nice

Having to leave the night before our checkout as the wind had picked up lots and we didn’t want to loose the gazebo !
But it was ok as we had lovely weather on our first day and night

Small campsite, shower block very close to tent area. Showers clean and spacious. Only 2 showers, however we never had to wait at any time. Easy access. Did not use shop but located at main entrance to site.

The only pitch left when we arrived was at the bottom of the site, we liked the space, however it was a bit of a stretch to the EHU point. Luckily had an extension, but had to position our tent and only just reached.
