Washing up facilities not very clean.

Dirty toilets and showers.
Hard standing pitches were not level and were essentially a bit of flattened hardcore.
Advertised as dog friendly, signs say no dogs around the fisheries, which is the majority of the site.
We booked and paid for three nights but left after one. Never again.m

Nice and peaceful, some of the better showering facilities I have seen in a while and was always clean, under floor hearing in the shower rooms was a nice surprise.

Place was beautiful, clean facilities lovely flat pitches. Staff seemed lovely.

Electric went in the middle of the night unsure whether was our campervan or pitch electric rang to ask for help, informed someone would come down to help, but noone did, we didn't follow up as leaving that morning.

The toilet/shower facilities were fantastic and heated.
The walk around the lakes was beautiful.
It was a huge field so we felt we had some privacy even with others on the same field.

It was a long ish walk to the toilets and showers.
The post code sent us to the golf driving range at first which was confusing.

Individual electric, fresh water and grey waste points on each pitch. Very clean site. Excellent toilets. Children's play area and a mecca for anglers. A lovely site to just sit and chill.

The staff did not care that a group of teens were partying until 4am in the tent next to us of which we had video evidence. We were assured on Sunday morning that they would be asked to leave site as it was unacceptable. Then were informed by text message (professional I know) they were in fact doing nothing about it anymore.

Excellent space, loads of room for any size vehicle, tent, motor home ect, site facilities Excellent, very good toilets and showers... ( best weve found ever on a camp site) cleaning facilities .good cafe with quality food, for the fishery aspect, great accessibility, well managed facility, great tackle shop.
Site is safe and secure, minutes from M69 or M6... perfect base..

In the advert, it said there was a cafe, it wasn't open.

No - one was there to show us where we should go. We waited for ages, and eventually just drove in and set up.

The lakes and how beautiful they were, was mentioned frequently. No mention that dogs weren't allowed round them at any point. When we were there, there were signs all over stating 'No dogs allowed'. Very annoying indeed as thats why I chose that campsite!

It wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't go again.
