The park was closed, lack of hot water in the washing up area, they did not group us as asked on booking but due to the sizes of the pitches we were able to group together easily

Our second stay here with my children and brought my sister camping for the first time. Great site and facilities. We stayed on the non electric field so a lot of space to choose a pitch. The play area is great but sadly wasn’t open for the bank holiday. Lovely little cafe. I’d read other reviews about the noise of the motorway but we always take ear plugs anyway so wasn’t a problem. It’s a great location.

Not a dislike but more of a suggestion. Most sites I have been to have a small freezer for your ice packs for the cool box.

Wir sind verspätet angekommen und wurden per Nachricht über alles Wichtige informiert. Konnten problemlos alles nutzen.
Sehr schön gelegen, ländlich und doch schnell zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. alles gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Preislich sehr gut.

Die Hinweisschilder zum Campingplatz waren zu wenig, daher etwas schwierig zu finden.

The site was tidy and lakes were a lovely setting

There was no loo roll or soap from arrival to departure, the facilities seems really new so just these basics would have made this 4*s from us.
The site was quite busy due to being bank holiday so maybe this is not usually an issue.

Wow absolutely fantastic site, checking in is so easy and the staff very friendly the tent pitches are well marked out each with there own electric point and water, we stayed on 12/13 thus time near the toilet block which are some of the cleaness blocks I’ve seen , the showers are really nice two in the men’s , so clean and the water really hot. We went for a walk round the lakes with clear paths to walk round. The cafe was really nice and again the staff were friendly.

Well maintained site, clean and modern showers and toilets. Lakes are beautiful. Owners were not intrusive but kept an eye that the site was in good order and no fires etc. would certainly recommend for a quick break away. Shame there was no cafe or shop nearby. Motorway can be a little noisy at times during the morning especially due to rush hour traffic but quieter during the weekend. Good electric facilities.

No toilet paper or soap in ladies toilets for duration of stay

Lovely , toilets and showers very clean.
Little lakes niece for a walk around,

Dogs are not allowed to be taken for a walk around lakes during the day ,when there is many fisherman.
You can here noise from motorway, but it isn't that disturbing

Nice place with suitable facilities

Peaceful. Lots of space. Large powerful shower. Reasonable price.
