This was the second time we’ve stayed here this summer and both weekend the toilet and showers on the campsite weren’t cleaned. No toilet roll, bugs, flies and spiders everywhere and dirty floors. The rest of the fisheries and campsite was lovely but this lets them down massively and don’t think we’ll return again because of it.
Great site, great value, just needs an eye kept on the toilet block.

we apologise about the toilet blocks we aim to check them 3 times a day but it seems this hasn't been done, which I am more than happy to pass this along to the team as we aim to make sure everything is perfect for everyone's stay.
On the website you can view our matches to avoid disappointment, and there is always the option to move to the lakes that are closets to the campsite after the matches finish.
We have a bailiff going round checking tickets amongst other jobs that are to be completed on the fishery so there is a possibility of not seeing them come round as much as what you are expecting but I can assure you they are checking that everyone has paid.
But we kindly ask that you not call our staff members a "wacky backy baliff" as it is completely defamatory and could put their job at risk.
