When you booked you had access to and were provided a park plan and videos showing the road very clearly adjacent to our park... Our pitches are spaced in line with local authority guidelines, as with most parks.... From extensive experience, we find guests like to be left to enjoy their stays with us and therefore we would have no need to contact guests unless we/a guest had issues. You clearly had no issue whilst on the park and if you did, we would have been contacted by you but were not...
So it begs the question why did you then choose to book knowing exactly what you would arrive too and then leave such a review....?
