We liked the little shop cafeteria and all the parks for the children we booked with my daughter her husband and there three children ages 14 10 and 8 they absolutely loved it we will deffenetly be booking again soon.

Our third stay at this lovely site! Pitches were well maintained and we asked for a pitch next to the toilet block which we were given (very much appreciated). Check in was smooth and quick. All staff are super friendly and know their stuff 😊 toilets were being cleaned all day, every day which made for very clean facilities. No trailing through mud to the shower or lack of toilet roll like you see at some campsites! The little shop is well stocked and the activities were great! Archery was brill with lots of games and girls v boys competitions! My 11 and 9 year old girls loved it, as did us adults! The cafe has delicious pizzas and coffees and the kids enjoyed a few slush drinks. Our last two stays were pre-covid and just after the lockdown and we must say, this site just keeps improving every time we go! We'll be back soon!

The staff are very welcoming, the kids love the facilities on site, it's a short walk into the village with a couple of bars restaurants and shops. The lake is great for paddleboarding which you can either hire or launch your own .

Although the Toilets were cleaned they could do with cleaning a bit more regular but the staff were in low season so to be expected.

Great facilities, level pitches and helpful staff, showers and toilets cleaned regularly.

We thought the water sports opened in May so was a little disappointed they weren’t.

Good reasonably clean facilities within the campsite. Also kids play park areas were good and short distance from the tent. The campsite is near towns so good for replenishing camp supplies. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Location of pitch was near road entrance, a little noisy but not too much. No WiFi signal in campsite for at night.

Stayed here for the Easter weekend lovely site clean had all what you need shop cafe and lovely countryside park for the kids. Not all activities were available due to time of year but still got to do the climbing wall kids really enjoyed it.

Clean, tidy site with helpful knowledgable staff who were always on hand. Food and drinks at the cafe were nice. Would definitely recommend the pizza. Good little shop with essentials and extra camping tools and equipment. We were pitched next to our friends a family with two children. It was great that tents, motorhomes and caravans could pitch next to each other so we could sit out together. (We have a tent, they have a motorhome) Ground was great for the tent, no huge lumps or bumps and well looked after grass. The activities were great and look forward to staying again when it's warmer and the aqua park is open. Location is great and close to the motorway.
