N'a pas aimé : No electricity in the bunkhouse, weather was not great when we were there so very cold, luckily we had a gas camping stove that we used as a heater, without this I think we might have left after the first night. I think for the money we paid we should have had electricity. Bunk house could do with a good clean as well. No Wi-Fi in the bunkhouse, had to walk to the car park to get any signal. Could not park next to the bunk house.
I am sorry you did not like your stay here. It is obvious for your review this was not the site for you. We advertise the site as exactly what it is, a working hill farm on Dartmoor, not a holiday park.
We live on site so I am surprised you say there is no staff as we are always bobbing about. As expected we can't be here 24/7 but there are 3 telephone numbers clearly sign posted for you to ring on arrival, if we are not here.
The showers have been newly refurbished this season and are cleaned everyday. Lots of other reviews mention the showers as being great!
